First time using my lights for senior pictures but it was a necessity for the images with the piano in the Edge Center. I'm really pleased with the photos with the baby grand piano and his guitar! He's a very photogenic young man that I was hoping I would get to photograph one day! Here is Jared....

My Little Girl ~ Shelby

We were finally able to get some more senior pictures of Shelby but I had to have her miss a day of school and volleyball practice to get it done! We decided to go to Duluth and try and get something a little different. We left Sunday and it rained all day, got to the hotel and went and ate at Angie's Cantina with a friend of hers from Blackduck that is going to college there...a very nice young man. She got to visit with her cousin Sam also who goes to UMD and spent a couple of hours with her also. We got up early and started driving around downtown and finding some nice spots to work with....weather was perfect, cloudy and not hot! We ate at a very different restaurant for lunch called Hell's Kitchen...we shared a Bison Burger and I really like it, she not so much....then off to take more pictures. She finally got a little tired of taking pictures and we had planned to take some by the lighthouse but she was done with pictures by that time! Here are quite a few of her from that session and some from a mini session we did in Grand Rapids.

A super nice and good-looking young man from Littlefork Big Falls High School....he didn't want many pictures and got out of football practice later than expected, so we got as many as we could until we lost the light! We were going to go to the football field but didn't have enough time....I liked what we got though!

Edminster Family

Friends of the family that came up north to have their pictures taken at their cabin with the windmill that they put up the week before. It was raining when they arrived but blew over and we were able to get them done! A very good looking family....

Another pretty young lady from Blackduck High School a/k/a P-Top! We trekked to Bemidji and found some neat places to take her pictures! My first taking pictures there and I'm sure there are many more hidden corners, old buildings and alleys to work with.....
