Bright Blue Eyed Gal From Bemidji

Yet another Bemidji senior who has the brightest blue eyes ever! A spunky young lady who liked to have fun and was not shy at all...hope she likes her pictures as we were a little cut short due to her boyfriend having to be taken the ER by his dad. :(

She was really worried about him after that, so we ended up cutting the session short by half an hour so she could go check up on him...I hope he ended up being ok!

Hayleeeeee

A beautiful strawberry blonde from LFBF whose session was scheduled and rescheduled many times because of the wacky weather we've had this summer! Very worth the wait though as we got some great shots!

I'm still not finished proofing her session, but wanted to share as I'm very happy with them. The old pickup truck is probably the best "old" truck I've ever photographed and when you put a pretty strawberry blonde, clean-cut young lady on the hood (at dusk no less)....makes a gorgeous shot. That truck had such character and the grill reminds me of one of those cars from the Disney movie "Cars". I thought it just might start talking...lol.

I posted some in color, b&w and one in vintage and you can see how the conversions totally change the mood of the photos....a fun session to shoot and also fun to proof!

Brandon of Rapids

Another young man that I am not finished proofing, but wanted to get some on the site....I LOVED his red shoes and he is one that I can't decided whether I like the picture in B&W or color! There are some that look good both ways....I hate that when I can't decide! Anyway, just a few of Brandon...

Nate of LFBF

Another young man from Littlefork Big Falls High School....I am not done proofing Nate's pictures, but wanted to post a few...I will add more in a few days. He had me a little nervous on the bridge as he was hopping all over the place! His mother did not climb up with us and I was glad, as she probably would have been more nervous that me!

A family friend since childhood so he was fun to shoot! He had some really fun shirts to work with that look great in black & white...this is actually his "first" session as they want one in the Fall also. So here are few from that session...shot around Grand Rapids.

Bemidji Family

A beautiful family from Bemidji that took two sessions because of the darn weather! The first session was very dark and cloudy and then started raining and the second session was steaming hot and humid and very buggy! The weather is really causing havoc with sessions this year...I am happy with what I got though, just hope they are too as it wasn't too much fun for the little guy! What a cutie he is and a stinker to get a smile...his big sister was a little bit easier :) I had taken her pictures with her mom about 4 years ago so it was nice to get a call from a client from the past...
